About Scott Brown

Scott Brown is a knowledgeable and experienced criminal defense lawyer, with substantial trial experience. Mr. Brown began his legal career with the Tarrant County District attorney’s Office in 1990. While there, Mr. Brown honed his legal skills by going to trial on a regular basis. A significant percentage of the cases Mr. Brown handled as a prosecutor were serious felonies such as murder, robbery, and aggravated assault.

In 1993, Mr. Brown left the District Attorney’s Office and started his own practice. Since that time, Mr. Brown has handled thousands of criminal cases and has tried over one hundred cases to a jury. While many attorneys practice law predominantly from their office, Mr. Brown is in a courtroom almost every day.
